RENSCH LAW, established in 1992, is located in downtown Rapid City, SD.
My name is Tim Rensch and I own Rensch Law here in Rapid City South Dakota.
I’ve been a lawyer for 33 years many of those years trying jury trials, we call
ourselves trial lawyers. My father before me was a trial lawyer for 50 years.
I would like to try to help you however I can. I handle criminal cases and I handle civil cases. In criminal law, I handle the very most serious cases of them all, all the way down to misdemeanors.
I’ve done about every type of case that one can do, and I’d like to use my experience to help you.
What I try to do as a lawyer is I try to be your champion, I advise you, I tell you the risks, I tell you the chances of success, I search out ways to win the case. Even if you think that you have a hopeless case sometimes a lawyer can get in there and find something that can make a big difference.
I have been working in this jurisdiction for my entire career, 33 years. I grew up in this town, I know the people who are involved here. Not only here I’ve traveled across the state and tried jury trials in all parts of South Dakota and what I would like to be able to do for you is use my decades and decades of experience and the collective experience of the law that I learned from my father and what I’ve learned in the courtrooms through the years and what I’ve learned from other lawyers and just from sheer experience and I’ve learned that experience counts when the chips are down so if you need somebody who knows what to do when he gets into the ring you give Rensch Law call.
I’ve walked into those courtrooms many many times fully prepared and ready to help people. I don’t just take people in and plead them guilty, I will try a case if necessary. And I find that when I’m dealing with prosecutors, if they know that a lawyer is ready to try a case, they more fairly evaluate what it is that they’re willing to offer.
So if you need somebody to handle a criminal case I’ve proven myself over 33 years, John Rush of my Law Firm has over 20 years of experience, and we together can help you.
I also handle civil cases, and a civil case is where somebody is injured because of someone else’s negligence or act. And I’m not talking about a scratch on the thumb I’m talking about serious type injuries or wrongful deaths.
I can use all of the experience that I’ve had through the years in trying jury trials, and the many criminal cases I’ve had in a personal injury case. I’ve won big verdicts I’ve settled big cases I’ve handled simple car wrecks through wrongful deaths and complicated trucking accidents.
If you need somebody to come in and help you out in either a criminal or a civil case come on down to Rensch Law at 832 Saint Joe down here in Rapid City and we can help you.
